Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
To respect the time of our clinicians and other patients, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.

Procedures: If a confirmed procedure appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the procedure cost will apply. This fee must be paid before rescheduling.

Consultations: If you fail to attend a booked consultation, a $50 non-attendance fee may apply.
