Dr Philip Tong
Specialist Dermatologist
Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. His formal training in the world of dermatology began in Western Australia and subsequently in New South Wales where he had the unique opportunity to be the inaugural Dean's Fellow in Dermatology, a collaboration with The University of Sydney. Dr. Tong commenced private practice in Bondi Junction in 2019 to serve the local community and supporting GPs in the Eastern Suburbs who are looking for a trusted partner in skin health. Dr Andy Yang
Skin Cancer Fellow
Graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2005. He gained extensive surgical experience while working at major tertiary hospitals, including St George Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. He has also completed advanced training with the Skin Cancer College of Australia and New Zealand, as well as the Australian College of Skin Cancer Medicine. Dr Yang has a strong professional interest and significant experience in skin cancer medicine, with a focus on the diagnosis, management, and treatment of skin cancers. MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Colin Metz
Skin Cancer Fellow
Graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 1981. I hold a Batchelor of Medicine and Batchelor of Surgery qualification as well as being a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. For over six years, I served on one of the College’s Expert Committees. My first Skin Cancer Clinic was started in 2014 in Sutherland / Kirrawee. At this time, I earned my Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Surgery and have since completed several Skin Cancer courses with Douglas Hanly Moir Pathology. Throughout this time, I have participated in Skin Cancer Audits and Quality Control programmes. The Clinic also supported the training of GP Registrars who wished to develop their skills in Skin Cancer Medicine. I feel privileged to be part of the DermScreen Programme which aims to deliver early detection and prevention of skin cancer though trusted digital skin health clinics. My focus is making sure your skin cancers are reliably detected at an early stage. I aim to treat you with compassion and a desire to provide effective treatments with an excellent cosmetic result. A/Prof Lisa Byrom
Specialist DermScreen Dermatologist
An Australian dermatologist with a special interest in acne, melanoma, and women's health. She is the Director of Training for Queensland at the Australasian College of Dermatologists and a member of the National Training Committee. Dr Byrom has extensive experience in teledermatology and VECTRA imaging analysis for mole mapping and skin cancer assessment. She was awarded the ACD President's Citation for her contributions to dermatology education and training. Passionate about evidence-based care, she works in private and public practice in Brisbane and educates widely through health publications, social media, and medical teaching programs. Dr Nerilee Wall
Specialist DermScreen Dermatologist
A Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She studied medicine at the University of Queensland after completing degrees in Business Management and Science. Dr Wall enjoys all areas of dermatology and cares for both adults and children. In addition to her role at DermScreen, she works as a Visiting Medical Officer at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and is the Clinical Lead of Dermatology at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. She is passionate about patient-centred care and the education of the next generation of dermatologists. BBsMn/BSc, MBBS, FACD

Dr Juhee Roh
Dermatology Fellow
Dr Juhee Roh is an advanced trainee in dermatology with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). She completed her medical degree at the University of Auckland (New Zealand). She has experience across tertiary dermatology services in New Zealand and Australia, with clinical interests including inflammatory dermatoses, complex medical dermatology, and cutaneous oncology. Dr Roh is actively involved in clinical research and medical education, with peer-reviewed publications and national and international conference presentations. She is committed to evidence-based and patient-centered care. MBChB
